    Can I download my PhotoPass photos to my own computer all at once? I can’t seem to figure out how to do this!

    Hey Marion and welcome back to planDisney. Disney PhotoPass Service made a huge difference in our Disney vacation photos. You see, I was the family photographer and now we let Mickey's magical photo team take our pixie-dusted photos and I can be in them. 

    From your computer:

    1. Log in to your My Disney Experience Account
    2. On the right side, under the search bar, hover over "My Disney Experience" and select "My Photos."
    3. Disney PhotoPass will open. 
    4. Hover over one video or picture and you will see a grey circled check appear. Tap it to turn it green. You have selected one media item.
    5. Go back to the top right and you will see in small print "Select All Visible Media" under the "Download" Button. Click it.
    6. All your media will be selected.

    You may use filters to get the exact photos you want whether they are just your photos or photos from your "Family & Friends."

    planDisney Pro Tip: Disney PhotoPass Service photos typically show up within minutes on the My Disney Experience mobile app. If they do not show up before you leave the theme park then head to Town Square Theater in Magic Kingdom Park, Gateway Gifts at EPCOT, Sid Cahuenga's One-of-a-Kind at Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Garden Gate Gifts at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park to begin the search with a Cast Member. You will need the approximate time and location of your photo moment.
