Hi, I would like to download all of my photopass photos but I can't find out how I can do this, can you please help. Many thanks for any assistance you can give. Andy

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Andy!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! As a big fan of the Memory Maker service myself, I am so glad you came to us with your question today. In my opinion, the best way to fight the Disney blues after a magical vacation is to go through your photos from your trip and make a photo album. Thanks to amazing Disney Photo Pass Cast Members, I have so many beautiful pictures that I will hold onto for the rest of my life, and I am so excited for you to keep the magic alive with your own photos!

One of my favourite things about Disney Photo Pass Cast Members is that they are almost everywhere, which means so many opportunities for you and your loved ones to capture magical moments. However, this means you can also end up with quite a lot of pictures! Thankfully, there is a way for you to download all of your photos at once. To do so, simply log into your account on the Disney PhotoPass website and you will be able to click on "Download Photos" on the right side of your screen. Although this option is not yet available on the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can still download your pictures from there directly onto your iPhone, iPad or Android smartphone. Then, you will be able to make your magical photo album, or whatever you like to do to get through those post-Disney blues!

Now, Andy, it is important to note that your magical portraits do unfortunately expire as per Disney's expiration policy. Precisely, you will have 45 days to download the pictures starting from the day they were taken. Therefore, your Disney Photo Pass photos, select dining photos, attraction photos and other media from your Photo Pass profile will disappear 45 days after they were taken, and there are currently no ways to retrieve expired photos. In addition, if you purchased Disney Photo Pass while in the parks, you may have to link your confirmation number and MagicBand or card used to view your photos. However, if you ever need online help with the Photo Pass service, feel free to call 0800 16 90 749 (UK) for any technical assistance.

I hope this was helpful, Andy, and that you are able to relive your magical memories real soon. If you have any other questions about past or future Disney vacations, don't hesitate to reach out. After all, you've got a friend in us!

    Have a magical day,
