Is there a way to download all of my photo pass photos at one time to my iPhone instead of individually? We do not own a desktop or laptop.

    Hello Chad!

Welcome to planDisney! I love using Memory Maker on all my trips to Walt Disney World Resort as it is one of the few times I make it into the pictures!

I played around a little with my iPhone and figured out a way you can download all of the photos at once from your Disney PhotoPass Gallery. It is not ideal or simple but it works. You cannot use the My Disney Experience Mobile App but bypass it and use your browser. Since it's an iPhone I used Safari and followed the steps below:

    1. Log into the Disney PhotoPass Gallery to view trip photos.
    2. The site doesn't format well to mobile but adjust the screen till you see the photos and the small checkbox at the top that says "select all visible media." You may have to turn the phone sideways. Check that box so that all the gallery items get a green checkmark. You can uncheck anything you don't want to download.
    3. The "Download" button is on the top right directly next to the "Cancel" button and below "Include Family & Friends." The "Download" button was not clearly showing on my phone and all I saw was its blue edge. I tapped that area until the download window popped up. (Turn sideways again to see it better.)
    4. The files will download to your download folder in a zipped folder. Unzip the folder by just tapping on it. An unzipped file folder will appear right next to it with the same file name.
    5. From there you can move them to your "Photos" or keep them there.
That's it! I had to keep turning my phone to get a good picture of the screen and adjusting the zoom. This is a bit of a workaround as it is strongly suggested that you use the My Disney Experience Mobile App for a better experience. However, the app at this time only lets you download one photo at a time. I have to warn you that using my method results in the file being at the highest quality which could take up a lot more space on your phone. Through the app, you can choose to save it to a smaller file size that is still great for online posting and does not eat up your phone's space. The higher quality image which is a larger file size is better for printing. They are perfect for any holiday cards or memory books!

I hope that this helps and you relive some wonderful memories as you go through your gallery.

    You are the magic!
