Where can I download the limited license for Cruise photos? The link on the FAQ page under the question "Can I make copies of my photos once I am home?" is not working.

    Hello, Laura,

Uh oh! Has Experiment 626 (AKA Stitch) been causing mayhem again? That's too bad there was a glitch with the system. Here at planDisney, we are regular Guests like you. Although we may not be able to directly address issues like Cast Members would, we do have years of experience visiting Disney Parks, sailing on Disney Cruise Line, and interacting with their mobile apps and websites to gain some insights that may be helpful to you. So I've got a few ideas about this issue to share.

I can confirm that the FAQ page you referred to appears to behave the same way for me: the link to the limited license agreement appears to be broken. I went ahead and submitted a question about it to the Disney Cruise Line's Help Center email form. Hopefully, the website maintainers can use that information to address the issue in short order. In the meantime, there are a couple of other locations that may give you what you need. The Photo Products page also has a link to the limited license agreement that isn't currently working. But it also has a link to the full Disney Cruise Line Photography Terms & Conditions, which basically contains the summarized license terms that apply to your cruise photos.

I have one more idea for an approach you might try. In some cases where certain links on a large, complex website are not working as expected, switching to a different localization or accessibility mode can sometimes offer a viable way to access the information I'm looking for. For example, you might return to the FAQ page about making copies of your photos and temporarily change the localization from "United States (English)" to something else like "Canada (English)" and then try the link to the Limited License Agreement again. When viewing the Disney Cruise Line website from a computer, the localization selection can be changed by clicking the country and language link at the top of the page, next to the search box. If you are on a phone or other device with a smaller screen, the localization selector is found within the site's ☰ feature menu, two or three menu items from the bottom. You'll want to make sure that you continue to see the correct currencies and offers applicable to you on the site. So don't forget to switch the localization back to its normal state before you interact with the site as usual.

Last night, my family and I were looking at photos taken by onboard photographers during our most recent Disney cruise. It was so much fun to reminisce on the magical time we had. Some of our favorite photos were with special Star Wars and Muppets themes. I hope you enjoy re-visiting memories from your cruise too, Laura.

    Keep the magic going, Laura!
