    How do I download and use my DVC membership card if I don't have or use a digital wallet? And why doesn't DVC membership show in the Disneyland app or web profile? We're planning a Disneyland trip and would like to enjoy available discounts.

    Hiya, Kim!

    Welcome to planDisney.  You're just a few short weeks from arriving at Disneyland Resort –– you must be getting so excited!  I'm happy to share a few details about the new Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Cards and walk you through the download process so you won't miss a moment of Membership Extras during your upcoming stay.

    These new digital Membership Cards replace the physical cards (those legendary "Blue Cards") which expired at the end of 2021 –– now everything you need to access all your Member Benefits will be right at your fingertips on your mobile device.  Unfortunately, as of January 1, 2022, the digital card is the only option available to DVC Members.  Here's the great news, though –– even if you haven't used it in the past, your smartphone should already have a digital wallet to access your new card.  To begin the download, you'll need to make sure your smartphone has the latest version of the My Disney Experience Mobile app installed.  After you've done that, here are the steps you'll need to take:

    1. Sign in to the My Disney Experience app using the Disney Account connected to your DVC Membership.
    2. Tap on the three lines at the bottom of the screen and select "Disney MagicMobile" from the menu.
    3. Create a Disney MagicMobile pass by tapping on "Set Up Your Pass" and choose from the available pass styles, including a design exclusively for DVC Members.
    4. Tap "Add to Wallet" to complete your download.

    Once you see the checkmark on your screen, that's it!  Your new digital Membership Card will be ready and waiting for your Disneyland Resort arrival.  If you have any trouble with the download process, I recommend giving Member Services a call at (800) 800-9800 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you further.

    The other thing to keep in mind is that your new card can only be accessed and saved to your digital wallet with Walt Disney World's My Disney Experience mobile app –– it isn't available from the Disneyland mobile app.  Don't worry though, once your card has been downloaded, it will work on both coasts.  So no matter whether you're visiting Central Florida or Southern California, you'll have access to all your Member Benefits right at your fingertips!
