How can I Downgrade my annual pass? I have the Florida annual Passholder that incudes waterparks and all 4 parks. But we are trying to cut costs and are looking into saving money. I'm not planning a trip anytime soon can it be done online or via phone?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Idalis!

Thanks for stopping by and sending us great question about Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes.

Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade a currently active Annual Pass. You will need to process your downgrade at the time of your renewal. Once you are ready to renew your expiring pass, you may downgrade to the pass of your choice. This can be done on the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass renewal page. You may also renew in person at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window or by speaking to a friendly Cast Member by dialing (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277.

Mom’s Tip: The Annual Passholder ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ page is a great source of questions and answers about being a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder.

Idalis, if there is anything else I can clarify for you or if you have any other questions please visit the Moms Panel again. We are always here to help you!
