How does the down payment work for the magic key passes? Of course for SoCal Residents.

    Welcome to planDisney, Cindy!

It sounds like you're ready to explore the shining, shimmering, splendid Magic Key Program. I love talking about Magic Keys since my little prince and I have loved using my Imagine Key so much this year with no one to tell us no, or where to go, or say we're only dreaming. So, although all keys are currently unavailable for new purchases, let's take a lesson from King Scar and "Be prepared" for when they are released next time.

Cindy, if you're a California resident, you're in luck! We Californians have the option of getting a Magic Key pass with a monthly payment plan. But here's the deal: when you buy your Magic Key, you'll need to make a down payment equal to a 1-Day, Tier 1 Park Hopper Ticket, plus your first monthly payment. How much you pay each month depends on what type of pass you choose since the total balance will be split into 12 payments. Your payment method will be charged on the same day every month, with 11 more payments to follow after that first one.

I hope this answers your question, Cindy. You're like a shooting star. You've come so far you can't go back to where you used to be. So please fly back and visit me again if you think of any more questions when you get to purchase your Magic Carpet…I mean..Key.

Remember to take it wonder by wonder,
    Danielle
