On down loading cruise pictures, I found the select all button and everything is checked with the green check in the corner, but there is no download button anywhere.

    Hello, Brent,

Hmm. International Stitch Day is coming up soon. I wonder if this is a sign that Experiment 626 is up to his antics again. I'm sorry you've had some challenges with easily gaining access to your Disney Cruise Line photos, Brent. Those memories are certainly precious and worth preserving.

It sounds like you purchased a photo package for a recent Disney cruise. The normal process goes something like this:

    1. Access the Disney Cruise Line Photos page
    2. Sign in to your account
    3. If your photos aren't already showing in your gallery, use the "Link Your Reservation" button and return to the Disney Cruise Line Photos; links can take 24-48 hours to establish
    4. If photos aren't displayed, click "View Gallery" or "View Media"
    5. Select an individual photo from your gallery
    6. Check "Select all visible media"
    7. Observe that the "selected" photo count above your gallery has been updated and thumbnails of your photos appear
    8. Click the "Download" button, making sure pop-up blocker settings have been disabled on your browser
    9. The photos will be packaged into a .ZIP file, which you should allow to be saved to your browser's downloads folder
    10. Open the .ZIP file and save the photos to your preferred location or application

When I downloaded our photos recently, I initially had trouble with a warning that a pop-up blocker needed to be disabled. I didn't see blockers enabled for my browser or for the specific page. So I suspected that my browser was trying to be a little too "helpful." I worked around this problem by using a different web browser to download my photos instead. In my case, I was successful using the Chrome browser where the Safari browser failed for me.

Here are some photo download troubleshooting tips and ideas to try:

    • Configure your web browser to allow pop-ups
    • Switch to another available web browser
    • Use your browser's "private" or "incognito" mode
    • Clear cache or website data
    • On certain mobile devices, rotate the device 90 degrees to prompt the browser to redraw the web page differently

If these tactics don't help, I recommend sending an email to the Disney Cruise Line, selecting the "Cruise Photos" subject. You may also contact them by phone. Be sure to download your photos within 45 days of the date taken.

Good luck with your photo download, Brent. And if you happened to book a placeholder cruise while you were onboard, don't forget to select your next Disney cruise vacation soon!

Fair winds and following seas, Brent!
