Hello, Cindy – welcome to
planDisney!
I hope that your visit to
Walt Disney World Resort was practically perfect, and I’m happy to hear that you’ve captured your memories so you can treasure them for years to come! I love using the
Disney PhotoPass Service because it allows everyone to be in the photo, and for me, a terrible photographer, it captures moments that I would never be able to photograph.
Cindy, downloads on a mobile device work a little differently than on a desktop computer. As long as you have all your photos linked to your
My Disney Experience App by having used either a theme park ticket card, your Disney PhotoPass card, or your MagicBand or MagicBand+ devices, and you have purchased one of the Memory Maker packages, you’re all set to begin downloading
all your
Disney PhotoPass vacation photos for
one price. You’ll still be able to view your linked photos on the app and buy them whether or not you have purchased a Memory Maker package. It's just a little more affordable, in my opinion, and a lot easier to purchase a Memory Maker package.
Here's how to download your
Disney PhotoPass photos using the My Disney Experience App:
1) Sign into your My Disney Experience App and select the
Feature Menu (three stacked lines on the bottom right) to take you to your
Welcome Cindy page.
2) Select the
Photos tile to view linked Disney PhotoPass photos in a long-list or grid format.
3) Click on a photo and select either,
Save, Share or Edit.
4) If you wish to
Edit, you can modify to crop, add a sticker, change the frame, or a filter.
5) Select the
Save option and select either Medium or High resolution.
6) Once this is complete, you will be directed to the default Disney PhotoPass gallery mode where you can download or delete the image, and then purchase your prints, one at a time using the app.
The difference between downloading Disney PhotoPass images on a desktop and on a mobile device is that using a desktop facilitates the purchase and download of many photos at the same time, whereas on the My Disney Experience App, you download photos one at a time. I like to download my Disney PhotoPass photos as I receive them, or at the end of each day, which saves me a lot of time doing so at the end of my vacation.
Tips:Take a look at the
Disney PhotoPass website to create personalized products from your recent memories.
We hope you plan on returning to
