    Hi Stephen!
    It is always fun to rub elbows with Disney Villains!
    Character appearances are hard to predict and are always subject to change...even moreso for the Villains, unless it is around Halloween Time.
    What I suggest you do is check the Times Guide (available with the park maps) when you arrive and also ask at Guest Services if any Villains may be appearing in the parks on the days you visit.
