I will be down at Disneyworld in Febuary 6th-13th, was wondering if they have or will have any star wars meet and greets or character dining to promote the new star wars movie coming out in December.

    Hi Stephen,

Thank you for stopping by the Moms Panel to ask your intergalactic question. With the announcement of Star Wars Land eventually making it's appearance at Walt Disney World, we were also told about the new Star Wars Launch Bay!

Star Wars Launch Bay will take guests into the upcoming film, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, with special exhibits, peeks behind-the-scenes, visits with new and favorite Star Wars characters, special merchandise and food offerings. Star Wars Launch Bay will be located in Animation Courtyard of Disney's Hollywood Studios. This new addition will open later this year, so when you arrive for your magical vacation in February, be sure to head over to Star Wars Launch Bay!

As for dining experiences, there haven't been any official announcements yet. But, with Star Wars Launch Bay making it's debut, we can only speculate (and hope) that Walt Disney World will add permanent Star Wars dining experiences very soon.

I hope this answers your question, Stephen. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask us anytime.

Have a great day, and may The Force be with you!
