We came down with covid19 and could not make our trip. Can we use our park tickets for a future Disney World vacation?

    Hi, Terry! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh, no! I'm so sorry your family had a bout with the virus. Hopefully, everyone is feeling right as rain again and you're ready to take that magical vacation at last.

Terry, when it comes to your tickets, Hakuna Matata! No worries! Disney typically allows Guests to apply the cost of wholly unused tickets toward the purchase of tickets for a future date. Your best bet for making sure your transaction goes through without a hitch is to give Guest Relations a call at the "Existing Tickets" number. A Cast Member will be happy to help you plan a new date for your pixie-dusted visit.

Whenever you decide to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure to check out some of the fun new offerings in the theme parks and Resort hotels as part of the 50th Anniversary Celebration. The party will continue well into 2022, so you have plenty of time to join in! And what's a party without treats? There are amazing anniversary tastes to try throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, so you'll want to make a list and check it twice, because these treats are oh-so-nice!

I hope this helps you make some magical memories at the Walt Disney World Resort, Terry. Thank you so much for stopping by, and please come see us again real soon!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
