Welcome to planDisney! Well, that is not a good message!
Let's start by checking to make sure your vacation package is linked in
My Disney Experience. If you have not created a My Disney Experience account, you need to create one and then
link your
vacation package or
resort hotel reservation using the confirmation number that should have been emailed to you. Once it is linked, you should be able to log back into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and scroll down to see your reservation details.
After you have linked that reservation, you should be able to search for
advanced dining reservations given that it looks like you are within your
dining reservation window. As long as you are logged into My Disney Experience while making dining reservations, those reservations should automatically link to your account. If they do not, you can
link them manually using the confirmation number.
Know that you can also use the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to reserve dining. Sometimes I have encountered technical glitches when making dining reservations. When that happens, I switch to the mobile app if I have been using my laptop or, if I have been using the mobile app, I switch to my laptop.

Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera. It is one of our absolute favorite character dining experiences! Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald and Daisy Duck are super cute with an artistic flare. If you were unable to get certain reservations, do not lose hope. Cancelations do happen, so keep checking!
