hi Doug, its me again, could you please advise me,is it really worth to try to swap resort,or do you think the cabin at fort wilderness resort would be more than satisfactory?i stayed at french quarter before n this is my 2nd trip to WDW,thanks

    Arliani,

Personally, no. When I am on vacation, I like to stay put. Get all the toiletries out on the sink counter, unpack the suitcase full of clothes, and not touch them until the day I leave! That's just me.

As for the Cabins, they are not like a typical hotel room, but I think they are GREAT! Especially if you have kids that go to bed well before you. They can go to bed in back, and the adults can stay up and chat, watch TV, etc. Also, all that space, outdoor time, and the kitchen are a huge plus.

But moving has it's benefits too, as stated earlier. But if you are OK with not having the traditional hotel experience, and are not all that motivated by wanted to experience the "theme" of another resort, then I would not waste time moving.

    Just my opinion!

    Have a magical vacation!
