    Doug, we are looking to visit WDW in November for Wine and Dine half marathon. Staying club level at the Polynesian and have heard we can secure extra fast passes through using I believe Signature Services? Do you have any information on how this works?

    Thanks for your question!

    As it happens, I recently answered a similar question. That guest was also staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. It is by far my favorite resort, and I am sure you will love it there. The addition of the Pineapple Lanai and Trader Sam's Grog Grotto have just made it even better!

    The basics are as follows;

    As a privileged Club-Level guest, you can book an additional 3 FastPass+ selections per person, per day, for a total of six FastPass+ selections. Once you have a confirmed club level reservation you can call Disney Signature Services at (407) 939-7777 to enroll in this program. They are open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist with this planning. Disney Signature Services also provides many other benefits including making dining reservation, so make sure to take full advantage of their help!

    I also shared with that guest that this is a pilot program. While it is likely a permanent addition to their offerings, you should still call as soon as you have that reservation in hand to book the program. That way you lock it in.

    Write us back if you have any other questions!
