Now you are packing a lot into these 3 days. If you have time (and park passes) on the 20th before leaving for the Disney Cruise Line, I would go over to the Magic Kingdom. It is close to your resort, so little wasted travel time). If, however, there is not enough time for a park on the 20th, but there is enough time for a nice breakfast, move your 'Ohana breakfast from the 19th or the Chef Mickey's dinner from the 18th to that morning.
