I apologize if one of my past answers might have caused confusion. In one response I mentioned that friends from Europe had not been able to order Genie+ Lightning Lane times from home on their day of travel. In part, I assume it is based on the fact that it is unlikely they could order a Genie+ reservation from their home country, and still make it to the parks after an overseas flight in time to get to their specific attraction time.
I am also not sure from your question, but it seems like you may be asking just about ordering the Genie+ service in general. Two things come to mind here. The first is that you can only order Genie+ the day of use, not in advance. It is true that you used to be able to purchase it in advance of a trip, but that capability went away months ago. The other is that there are certainly differences in what can be purchased online, by country. My recommendation is to confirm at the
Brazilian site for Walt Disney World what the country-specific policies might be, as well as the
My Disney Experience site.
