I want to double-check that the 3 family members are on my reservation at the DVC hotel. how do I do that on line?

    Hello Patrick!

Welcome to planDisney! There are several ways to check who is on the reservation, and I’m happy to help you navigate that!

First, if you linked your reservation in My Disney Experience, that is the fastest way to see who is on the reservation. Simply log in to My Disney Experience and choose "My Plans". If you have already linked your reservation number and scroll down and you will see everyone listed on the reservation. If you only see your name, that means your other Guests are not currently listed. If you haven’t linked the reservation yet, go ahead and do that under the blue Reservations circle.

The Disney Vacation Club Member Website is super useful and I appreciate all the tools we have right at our fingertips. You can check who is listed on the reservation, or add and remove Guests if necessary without needing to call Member Services!

To start, sign-in to the Disney Vacation Club Member Website. Once signed-in choose the menu option along the top of the screen, all the way to the right that says "My DVC." That will open more options for you and under My Membership, choose My Dashboard. This will open up your Member Dashboard where you can see your Memberships, your Vacation points available or in holding, and if you scroll down below there, you’ll see your upcoming vacation plans.

Either select the arrow to the left of the dates of your trip, or double-click on the vacation itself and you’ll see a menu open up with a variety of options. You can add Disney’s Magical Express for 2021, add travel insurance, begin online check-in, and more. You should see a box just under your room type and reservation number that says “View or Modify Details.” This will take you to a page with more specific information about your reservation including the names of all the Guests listed on the reservation. If you need to add or change this, simply select the blue “Modify” to the right of the Guest Information. From there you can add your Guests if they are missing!

I hope this helps walk you through the process, Patrick. If you are not the Member, but your reservation has been booked by a friend or family member who is, only the Member can make changes to the reservation, so you would need to request them to make the changes for you.

    Wishing you Membership Magic!
