Howdy, Mehvish! Welcome to planDisney!
Traveling to Walt Disney World with little ones is such a magical experience, especially when you know what to expect. It sounds like you’re mapping out a transportation plan for a trip to the Magic Kingdom. All aboard!
You will be able to roll your stroller onto the
ferryboats connecting the Ticket and Transportation Center and Magic Kingdom, as well as the
monorail, without having to fold it up. In the case of the
Walt Disney World Railroad, you can bring your stroller aboard, but you’ll need to fold it and store it near you. I can share from experience that this can be a little cramped, especially with a double stroller. There is stroller parking near each station (Main Street U.S.A., Frontierland, and Fantasyland) so you can park your stroller near the station if you plan to take the railroad around the whole park.
Since you’re visiting with a little one, I want to make sure you know about the
Baby Care Centers that are located in each Walt Disney World theme park. The Magic Kingdom Baby Care Center is located between Casey’s and the Crystal Palace, just off Main Street U.S.A. These helpful centers have amenities like private nursing rooms, changing rooms, a feeding area with highchairs, a kitchen with microwave and sink, and different toddler and baby-related products for purchase.
I’d also add that you may want to double-check the dimensions of your stroller. Double strollers are allowed at Walt Disney World, but they need to be less than 31 inches wide and 52 inches long. I’d hate for you to get to the park only to discover your stroller exceeds these guidelines!
Mehvish, you’ll be on your way to the Magic Kingdom in no time! Don’t hesitate to send any other questions to your friends at planDisney!
