    Dose anyone know if Disney will be offering the free dining plan in November 2013?

    Hi, Carmen!

    You are asking "THE" question that everyone wants the answer to.  I wish I could be your Fairy Godmother and wave my magic wand and get you the answer. Unfortunately, I just do not know when or IF Free Dining will be available.  Each year release dates and offers are changed around, so there is no way to know for sure.  Last year, it was in the Spring that Free Dining was announced for early Fall, but no word so far.

    Your best bet is to keep checking the Special Offers Link to see what deals are available.  If you book your package and an offer becomes available, call a Disney Reservationist to see if your dates/resort qualify for the promotional price.  If so, they will be happy to adjust your price for you.
