Doo you know when the restaurant Space 220 will be open?

    Greetings, Denise! Welcome to planDisney!

Doesn't Space 220 sound like a blast? I can only imagine what it will be like to venture over to the Mission: Space attraction at EPCOT and then be whisked up 220 miles into space for a dining experience that's truly out of this world. I'm looking forward to it, and it sure sounds like you are, too!

As I write this, Disney hasn't yet announced an opening date for Space 220. I know we're all getting so excited to dine among the stars, but it looks like we'll need to cool our jets a bit longer. I'd definitely keep a close eye on the Disney Parks Blog for any announcements on that front. As soon as the opening date is decided, you'll see it there!

Denise, if you're looking for a new dining experience to try at Walt Disney World, I suggest taking a look at the list of Disney dining spots you'll find on the website. I love to just scroll through and see what whets my appetite at any given moment. Maybe you'll discover something you haven't thought of before! Oh, and check out some of your planDisney pals' favorite must-order items on the Panel Extras page. We've compiled a collection of yummy bites that we just can't go without whenever we visit Walt Disney World.

I hope we'll be able to hop into space for dinner soon, Denise. Until then, be sure to come back and see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
