    Hello Donyell, On a previous question you suggested to use the My Disney Experience Mobile App to find the fastest transit options and times between locations. Under what tab is that found? Any experience with the Minnie Vans?

    Hi Robert,

    Welcome back! I am happy to see that you are still busy planning your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    The "Get Directions" feature on the My Disney Experience Mobile App is not visible via a tab, so it can be easy to miss. If I am trying to determine the best route between attractions, I click on the Attractions tab from the home page of the app, then click on the icon that looks like a list in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. A list of all attractions will appear. I can either scroll down to find a specific attraction or use the search bar at the top of the screen to type in an attraction. Then, I click on the link for that attraction. Once I click on it, a set of options will appear that include "Get Directions." Then, I can just type in the second location. Once you start typing in that second location, the official name for it should appear just under the directions box. Click on the official name of the attraction and it will populate in the directions box. Follow the same basic instructions to locate directions between a dining location and your resort. From the home page of the app, click on the Dining tab. Select a restaurant, then click "Get Directions." 

    Robert, on my last visit in October, I saw lots of the new Minnie Vans on the roads but I have not yet tried this fantastic new service! I just called 407-828-3500 to verify that they are currently serving guests staying at deluxe and deluxe villa resorts. You may use this service with the My Disney Experience and Lyft Mobile Apps. Current hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. My fellow Moms Panelist Jacqueline, has a great answer that might also be helpful!
