    I dont have a Vacation package with Disney. I have purchased 2 day park ticket and struggling to link the purchase to the app

    I hope that you’re getting excited for your upcoming trip to Disney World. Be sure to browse the Disney Parks Blog as you approach your trip so you know all about the magical things happening all across the resort! 

    I’m sorry you’re having a hard time linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience App. I’m going to lay out a step-by-step guide to linking those tickets to your app below:

    -Log in to your My Disney Experience Mobile App.
    -Select the “☰” option at the bottom righthand corner of your screen.
    -Select the “My Tickets & Passes” option.
    -Select the blue “+” button at the top righthand corner of your screen.
    -Select the “Link Tickets & Passes” option.
    -Follow the prompts on that page to link your existing tickets. 

    If you are still having trouble linking your tickets to your account, Rajesh, please call a Cast Member that specializes in tickets for additional help.
