Hi Robbie!
Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.
Your Disney Dining Plan covers 2 meals and 1 snack, per person, per night of resort stay. There are no specific meal 'designations' for each credit. Use the credits
as you wish throughout the duration of your stay, on the meals that
you wish to use them on. You'll also each receive
a resort-refillable beverage mug. This can be used at your resort food court, filling the mug with hot or cold beverages as often as you wish.
This pdf file of the
2012 Disney Dining Plan will further explain just how easy it is to use the plan. Personally, I could never go without it!
The credits are:
1 casual, Quick Service Meal per person, per night (best used for breakfast or lunch)
1 Table Service Meal per person, per night (best used for Character Dining any time of day or a nice dinner)
1 Snack per person, per night (simply look for the purple square icon that signifies Snack at Quick Service and Snack Cart locations - you'll see this mentioned on page 1 of the pdf brochure above)
If you are staying for 3 nights, you'll have 3 credits per person, in each category above. For your table service dining, you'll want to confirm some
Dining Reservations. If you'd like some recommendations, please write me back and I'll be pleased to assist you further. Just let me know which parks you're planning to visit, your family's favourite types of cuisine and whether or not you'd like to dine with characters.
I hope to hear back from you soon Robbie!
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
Kirsten
