So we don't have time to make it from our 6:45 Ohana reservation back to the Candlelight Processional at 8:15 in time. There are no other available reservations for Ohana during our stay. Would you suggest forgoing Ohana or the Candlelight processional?

    Kimberly:

Oh, this would be a difficult decision for my family who LOVES Ohana but also would enjoy an evening of the Candlelight Processional. I would, however, opt for the Candlelight Processions for several reasons:

    • You can always keep trying for an earlier dinner reservation at Ohana that evening or even during your vacation. However, the Candlelight Processional does not offer as many options during your vacation stay.
    • When you return to Disney in the future, it may not be during the holidays when the processional is featured. However, Ohana is open year-round, so the opportunity for postponing it for a future visit makes dining there more likely to occur.
    • Both experiences will offer the chance to make a memory with your family, however, the Candlelight Processional is one that offers a deep reflection to discuss and experience.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
