Hi Paulo! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! Is today your magical arrival at
Walt Disney World Resort? You will be immersed in
The World's Most Magical Celebration very soon. Keep your eyes peeled for the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make the perfect selfie background to share on social media. Look for the main mouse himself, Mickey in the hub at
Magic Kingdom Park.
I am so sorry you are experiencing technical glitches. Grab your smartphone let's troubleshoot this issue. First, just yesterday, I had to update my own
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Please make sure both your app and phone are up to date. If both are current, try logging out and back into the app. If these suggestions do not help, you can link your Theme Park Tickets. Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the right-hand corner, and tap on "Tickets and Passes," followed by the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner. Click on "Link Tickets & Passes" and follow the prompts to enter the ID Code or scan your code. Bibbiddi-Bobbiddi-Boo! I hope you have a magical and fun day. Alternatively, you can always stop by any ticket booth located outside of all parks for a complimentary ticket card. Please have the original form of payment, your photo ID, and proof of purchase.
Friendly reminder, currently all guests over the age of three need both a valid
Theme Park Ticket and
Disney Park Pass Reservation in order to visit the four theme parks.
No matter which parks you visit, stay until the sun goes down and Disney icons come to shimmering EARidescent life during
Beacons of Magic. My favorite is
Spaceship Earth at
EPCOT.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
