It's wonderful to see you here with us at planDisney! The panelists here at planDisney always welcome an opportunity to share suggestions to help you plan a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort based on our own Disney destination vacations.
It sounds like your theme park tickets and your reservations (perhaps they are theme park reservations or Resort hotel reservations, I'm not quite certain) are not displaying for you quite the way you expect. My best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can take a look at your
My Disney Experience account with you. The friendly Cast Members can help address the issue you're seeing. You can also use the
online chat service as an easy way to connect with Cast Members who can take a look at the issue with you.
One idea I can also offer, and perhaps you've already done this, is to look at your
"My Plans" features in your My Disney Experience account. In the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section, you should see a "Daily Itinerary" tab where theme park reservations you've made through the
Disney Park Pass system will display. In the next tab over, the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab, you'll see the theme park tickets you have purchased and linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you need to link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you can use the
"Let's Link Your Reservations and Purchases" form to do that.
Joy, I'm hopeful that you can get all your theme park tickets and reservations displaying for you as you expect. I can imagine you're super excited for all the magic that awaits you when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
