Hi. If I dont stay at WDW hotel, do I still have access to the WDW bus system, monorail, boats to travel around the resort? If we do the park hopper, what is the expected travel time between all the parks? MK-EP, MK-AK, MK-HS, EP-AK, EP-HS, AK-HS. Thanks

    Hi Lisa!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

You can definitely use the various forms of Disney transportation available at Walt Disney World.  You do not need to be staying in a Disney resort hotel.  In general, you will take a bus to get from one park to another, but that's not always true.  For example, you can take a boat from Disney's Hollywood Studios to Epcot and you can take a monorail from Epcot to the Magic Kingdom.  You can get from the Magic Kingdom to Epcot in about 20 minutes on average.  For all other parks I would suggest budgeting 30 to 35 minutes; that includes waiting for a vehicle in the first place.  If you arrive just as a bus, boat, or monorail shows up then your trip will be much less.  Drive time, most parks are about 10 to 15 minutes away from each.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
