It's great to hear that you are already set up with the
Disneyland Mobile App as that will make planning your park day a breeze. I love using the
Mobile Order feature to grab snacks and meals, especially when I'm with my kiddos, but also on days when I'm flying solo and just want to grab a corn dog on the run to my next attraction! I also recommend taking a peek at the new offerings with
Disney Genie and Disney Genie + as they will make your day seamless and extra magical!
I just logged into my account on the Disneyland mobile app to double-check where to find the expiration date for my current ticket. Once you're in the app, if you click on the three bars in the bottom right-hand corner, that will take you to a menu. From there, go to "Tickets and Passes" and you should be able to view any active and current tickets that you are holding. Under the bar code, it should say the expiration date. If you are still having difficulty finding it, our
Guest Services team will be happy to help you. You can reach them by

phone and also via live chat from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. PST. The good news is that if your ticket has expired, you can apply the price of the original ticket to a new ticket of equal or higher value.
