    I don’t have the option to make a payment, it just says due at check in, how can I make an additional payment

    Hi Juanita, welcome to planDisney!

    How exciting - your vacation to Walt Disney World is quickly approaching!  It looks like you will be arriving just prior to Halloween.  If you plan on attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, I suggest you purchase your tickets soon if you haven't already as I'm noticing certain dates are selling out quickly.  

    Juanita, like you, I also like to make payments and pay for my Walt Disney World vacation prior to arrival.  I personally have a habit of purchasing Disney Gift Cards throughout the year at retailers that offer them at a discount.  I then consolidate the gift cards to make it easier to manage.  You can do this easily online at the Disney Gift Cards website.

    When there isn't an option to make a payment online, I call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and speak directly to a cast member and provide my payment information to them.  Cast members can accept credit/debit cards, Disney Gift Cards or a Disney Rewards Card as forms of payment. This is also a great time to include any room requests you may have for your resort hotel reservation.
