I don't see my magic key on my Disneyland app, but I have the confirmation email for renewal. Where can I find it?

Hi there, Sharon! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so happy to hear you've renewed your Magic Key! I know many Guests had been waiting on pins and pixie dust to hear news about renewals (myself, included!)! I wonder if the Genie is just playing some tricks on us here when it comes to seeing your Magic Key in the app. Let's see if we can do a little digging to get that key to reveal itself!

It's great that you have that confirmation email handy. If all else fails in our Magic Key troubleshooting, you can always give the Magic Key Guest Services team a call. They will be happy to pull up your account and may have some extra tricks of the trade to get that key officially into your app. First things first, let's see if it's linked to your account. If you're not seeing it in the app, let's head to the Disneyland website. Log in with the same information you used to purchase your ticket and head to the "My Disneyland" tab on the top navigation bar. Tap into "My Profile" and select "Tickets and Passes". Hopefully, you will see that Magic Key shining bright!

When it comes to the app, my recommendation is to try some basic quick-tech fixes. You can try to turn your device off and on, or you may want to completely close out of the app and open it back up. Sometimes, you might even try deleting the app and starting fresh with a new download. If none of these tips help to reveal your key, it's time to call in the very special team of Magic Key Cast Members. You can reach them at (714) 781-7277. Be sure to have your confirmation email at the ready as that will help the process move along. Hopefully, that key will be found in no time!

While we are looking for your key, I think it's safe to start daydreaming about some visits ahead where you can enjoy all your key has to offer! As I'm sure you know, Halloween Time kicks off September 2nd and runs through October 31st! We've also just learned that the holidays will bring their holly jolly to the parks from November 11 - January 8th! What I love about the Disneyland Resort is the extended seasons give you plenty of time to visit (and revisit!)! Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog as they usually release a Foodie Guide for each season so you can EARmark a few must-try treats!

Sharon, I sure hope this was helpful in your planning! If you have any more questions, you know where to find us here at planDisney!

    Boo to you!
