Linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account is a key step to unlock all the magic, making park reservations, using Lightning Lane, and managing your plans super easy! Let me walk you through how I would do it, whether on the app or website.
If you don’t see the option to add tickets, here’s what to do:
On the
My Disney Experience app:
Open the app and log in. Tap the menu (three lines in the bottom right), then tap “Tickets and Passes.” Look for a plus sign in the top right corner, then tap that and choose “Link Tickets & Passes.” Enter your confirmation number from your ticket email or scan the barcode if you have a physical ticket. Then assign the ticket to someone in your travel party (make sure they’re connected in your
Family & Friends list).
On the
desktop website:
Log in, go to “My Plans,” then scroll to “Park Tickets.” Click “Link Tickets” and enter your confirmation number. Assign the tickets to each person in your group.
If you don’t see these options, double-check you’re logged into the correct account and that your ticket confirmation has arrived (sometimes it takes a bit). Sometimes the app can be glitchy, so refreshing or trying again later can help, too.
If it’s still a no-go, Cast Members at
Guest Services or the My Disney Experience support team are absolute pros at sprinkling some pixie dust on ticket troubles.
