Hi Constance,
Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds as if you have purchased theme park tickets and you need to know if they have expired. Well, let's check! If you do not have a
My Disney Experience account, create one as soon as possible. If you have not already linked your tickets in My Disney Experience, once you have an account created, link those tickets to that account. To do so, you just need to log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, then click on Add More Plans. From there, click on
Link Reservations and Purchases.
Once the tickets are linked, you should be able to check the ticket expiration dates in one of two ways. Using the web-based version of My Disney Experience, log in, click into My Plans, and then scroll down to click on Tickets and Memory Maker (on the left-hand side). Using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, open the mobile app, click on the three bars on the right-hand side of the screen, and then click on Tickets and Passes. With either of these methods, you should be able to see the expiration date of the tickets.
I also suggest that you check the
ticket expiration guidelines. If your tickets have expired, I recommend that you
contact a Cast Member by phone to see if you can use the value of any unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets. Finally, when you have valid theme park tickets linked to your account, make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for the dates of your visit.
Constance, I am so happy to hEAR that you might be gearing up to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. If you plan to travel in the near future, we are excited to welcome you to the magic at
The World's Most Magical Celebration.
Magic and memories,
Donyell
