    I don’t know if I can use my last Disney Park ticket. Is there another option? Thanks for your help with this.

    Hi, Eileen!  Welcome to planDisney!

    This yEAR certainly has been unlike any we have experienced before.  It seems like Stitch has been causing trouble and messing with people's vacation plans.  I'm sorry to hEAR that you may need to change plans for your Walt Disney World Resort visit, but hopefully, I can point you in the right direction to get everything sorted out soon.

    Since I'm not sure exactly what type of theme park ticket you purchased, I cannot say for sure what types of restrictions or expiration dates might be associated with your ticket.  I recommend that you call the Help Center phone number for existing tickets.  Once the Help Center Cast Members determine exactly what type of ticket you have, they should be able to explain your options.  I'm sure they can get everything sorted out for you and avoid any further glitch from Stitch.
