Don't know where I'd be in my planning w/out this panel! Thank you all. We have 2 boys, 4 and 7, neither big eaters. Want deluxe meal plan, are we required to purchase plan for both boys? Can we purchase one and share food?

    Hi Amy!

My son and I love the Disney Dining Plan.  The Deluxe Dining Plan is a lot of food with three Table Service (sit down meals) Credits per day (on the Deluxe Plan you get three Table Service Credits per person per night of your stay).  It is extremely nice to order anything on a restaurant menu and not worry about how much it costs!

All of the current Dining Plans at Walt Disney World require that each person in the room have the same dining plan and every person has to have the Dining Plan for themselves, so this would mean that your sons would not be permitted to share one Dining Plan.  However the great news is that the Dining Plan cost for children 3 to 9 years old is much less expensive per day than the cost of an adult Dining Plan per day (a person is considered an adult for the Dining Plan if they are 10 years old and above).  The children's meals are smaller than adult meals, but they are definitely enough food to fill your boys up.

I hope you have an awesome time with your family dining around "the World"!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
