    I don’t see the Genie+ option when I go to change ticket

    Hi Sarah, and welcome to planDisney!

    Your Walt Disney World Resort arrival is approaching fast and will be here before you know it! Has the excitement kicked in yet? I am sure it has because this is a great time to make memories that will last a lifetime. 

    You will be able to purchase the Disney Genie+ service via your My Disney Experience Mobile App on the day of your park visit each day. You can begin making those selections for the Lightning Lane entry starting at 7:00 AM. The Disney Genie+ will come in handy for attractions like Test Track at EPCOT or Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Magic Kingdom Park.
