Hi Nicole, welcome to planDisney!
When the crypt doors creak and the tombstones quake, you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort! Happy haunts have already been seen materializing at the first
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Parties of the year. There's always room for one more!
Some of my happiest Disney memories took place at a table service restaurant. I'll never forget the time my husband did the Goofy dance
with Goofy at
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Advance dining reservations are highly recommended for table service restaurants and can be made
online up to 60 days in advance. If you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can make reservations for your entire length of stay (up to 10 days) 60 days in advance of your check-in date. All others may make reservations as each day reaches the 60-day mark.
When you make an advance dining reservation, only the manager of the reservation (that's you!) must be identified. The rest of your dining party can be members of your Family and Friends list, generic Guests, or a combination of the two. You can also add additional members of your party to your Family and Friends list during the dining reservation confirmation process by choosing "Add a Guest" from the dropdown menu.
To assign members of your Family and Friends list to your dining reservation at a later date, find the reservation on the
My Plans page of your My Disney Experience account and click "Update Guests."
I can tell your family and friends are in good hands, Nicole. My last tip is to save a payment method to your
My Disney Experience account profile, which will expedite the dining reservation process. A new day of dining reservations is typically released by 6:00 a.m. The early bird gets the Mickey waffles!
Plan magic; planDisney.
