Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Sandra. It looks like your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just about to begin! You must be counting down the days with excitement.
I'm so glad you brought your question to us today. If your Theme Park Reservations are booked and set to go, that means your Theme Park Tickets must already be linked to your
My Disney Experience account! I'm guessing that you purchased a Walt Disney World room-and-ticket vacation package. When you linked your vacation package to your My Disney Experience account, it automatically linked to your Theme Park Tickets. To view your tickets, log in to your My Disney Experience account online. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort homepage and click on "My Plans" from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll down the page that says, "Sandra's Plans and Tickets" until you see your Daily Itinerary listed. Click on the "Tickets and Memory Maker" tab that's just to the right of your Daily Itinerary. There you should see all your Theme Park Tickets listed. If you don't, not to fret! I recommend calling the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
Be sure to download the
My Disney Experience mobile app before your arrival. It's magic at your fingertips! You can use the app to view current wait times for attractions, place
mobile food and beverage orders, preview your
Disney PhotoPass Photos, and more! You can also use the app to view your Theme Park Tickets. To find them, tap on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app home screen. Then, tap on the box that says, "Tickets and Passes."
I hope this was helpful, Sandra. I'm wishing you a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
Ashley
