Hey Howdy Hey Pei-Yu and welcome to planDisney!
I am so sorry to hear you were unable to get your tickets for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom for your upcoming trip. I will be happy to answer your question and give you a backup idea for the "just-in-case" scenario.
Long story short, if you were unable to purchase your tickets online for a special event such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and the tickets are all sold out, you more than likely will not be able to attend this event as there are strict capacity limitations. But you never know! I think on your trip, going to Guest Relations or the walk-up ticket window to ask if there is any availability would not hurt, but I would not expect anything other than ideas of things you can do other than the party.
One of the best parts about visiting Walt Disney World Resort during this special time of year is the fact that the whole resort celebrates in its own way! There is so much to see around Walt Disney World that you will have plenty to do to get you into the holiday spirit. One of my family and my favorite things to do is to take a ride on Disney Monorail and visit each of the Magic Kingdom Resorts.
Disney's Contemporary Resort,
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa will all have specially themed decorations, trees and of course snacks to get you into the holiday spirit! I would make sure to visit Grand Floridian last as they have a life-sized gingerbread house that is a functioning shop where you can pick up snacks as you marvel at this work of art! Our friends over at
Disney Parks Blog have got you covered for
so many other tasty experiences you can have roaming the resorts in search of the quintessential holiday Disney snack as well!
Sorry, I do not have better news for you but best of luck moving forward on your trip and I hope you have a Magical time! Feel free to reach back out with any further questions, we would be happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Nick
