I don't care much for sodas. What is the free water policy in Disneyworld? Am I expected to buy a cup a water each time I'm thirsty? or if I bring my own cup can they give me water or ice?

Hello Diane.  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

It's so important to stay hydrated while visiting the Disney parks, the Florida sun can get hot.  I think you will be happy to know that you will be able to get a glass of free ice water at any quick service location throughout Walt Disney World.  When it's your turn in line, simply ask for a glass of ice water or even just a cup of ice and the Cast Member will gladly get it for you free of charge!  If you do choose to bring your own water bottle, they will still hand you a cup and you can fill your bottle yourself.  I'd skip bringing the bottle, it's just extra stuff to carry around the parks.  However, if you don't like tap water, there is bottled water all over the parks for purchase.

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions, come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
