What if I don’t use all of my California resident ticket days ?

    Hi, Isaiah!

Welcome to planDisney. I hope you’ve been able to enjoy some magical theme park adventures at the Disneyland Resort recently using your California resident theme park ticket!

The three-day ticket promotion you mentioned has special terms and conditions. A partially-used ticket of this type cannot be upgraded to another theme park ticket or Magic Key pass. When the California resident tickets expire on September 30, 2021, any unused days remaining on a partially-used ticket will be forfeited. However, if your ticket is completely unused when it expires, you can inquire after the expiration date at a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth about possible options for wholly unused but expired tickets. You should be able to apply the amount you paid for your California resident ticket to the cost of a valid ticket of greater value if it was never used for park entry during the active promotion period.

I hope this helps, Isaiah, and that your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is just around the pixie-dusted corner! Please feel free to stop by again with more questions as you continue planning. We'd love to help you!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
