Hi Jessica!
Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad that you found us hEAR! Thank you so much for sending this
Disneyland Resort planning question our way!
Oh boy! I am always in support of anyone wanting some Disney days, especially if those days are at a
discount! I was actually in your shoes when my family was stationed in SoCal with the Air Force; Military members and their families don't have to change their drivers licenses as they move around, but I really wanted a local annual pass. I lEARned and am happy to share that those new to the state can prove their eligibility for these
special California and Southern California
only-offers by bringing a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID (a drivers license issued by another state, a passport, military ID, etc)
and a copy of an official document proving Golden State residency, such as a lease agreement or utility bill that does include a valid CA or SoCal address.
I'm even happier to share that the above is
also true for those who won't become full-time Californians, like college students and military members, etc.
Bonus Tip: Don't forget that you'll need to make
Park Pass Reservations for the days that you plan to visit Mickey's house. In fact, hEARs the
Park Pass Reservation Calendar so you can get to planning!
I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, Jessica! Be sure to follow the
