If I don’t buy the not so scary Halloween tickets plan to visit Magic Kingdom on that day what time are the fireworks that we are able to see? Do we lose out on the fireworks and have a shorter time in the park on those days?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Angelica!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! We are all jumping up and down just thinking about all the MAGIC, laughter, and unforgettable moments coming your way. From the thrill of the rides to the joy of fireworks lighting up the night sky, every day is going to feel like pure enchantment. So get those Mickey ears ready, pack your sense of adventure, and prepare for the trip of a lifetime!

So, you're planning to visit Magic Kingdom on a night when Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is happening, but don’t have a party ticket? If this is the case, I wanted to let you know that when the clock strikes 6:00 PM, the regular park day wraps up and the BOO-rific party begins. That includes the Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks, which are only viewable from inside the park if you have a special event ticket. Unfortunately, this would mean you would not be able to experience fireworks that night at Magic Kingdom.

But don’t let that rain on your pixie dust! You’ll still have an incredible day filled with rides, snacks, characters, and daytime enchantment galore. If fireworks are a must-do for you (and who doesn’t love ending a Disney day with a bang?), would it be possible to plan your Magic Kingdom day on a non-party night? That way, you get the whole experience—including the classic Happily Ever After fireworks—and don’t have to head out early.

OR… if your heart is set on Halloween fun and you’re curious about trick-or-treating in the park, rare character sightings, and that special fireworks show, it might be worth grabbing those party tickets after all. (FYI...I just checked, and Not-So-Scary tickets ARE still available on your scheduled day to Magic Kingdom!)

As you continue to plan, make sure you check out the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information regarding all things Disney. Mickey and his pals have some incredible surprises planned, and we don't want you to miss any of the fun!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
