Welcome back to planDisney Jeannette. Being a Castaway Club member has its benefits!

You are correct! You become a Platinum Castaway Club Member after completing your 10th cruise on board Disney Cruise Line. If Platinum Membership is not showing up after you log in, you can scroll down further on the Castaway Club webpage to make sure all of your completed sailings are listed on the Castaway Club dashboard. You will need to contact Disney Cruise Line directly to make any corrections or determine the reason your status has not changed. They will be able to look at your account with you.

You can now reserve sailings for summer 2025 to help you reach Pearl status, Jeannette. There are some exciting itineraries, including some going to Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, Disney Cruise Line's all-new island retreat. The new Disney Treasure will sail the high seas starting in December 2024. There are so many great choices to choose from!
