Hi there, Jackie and welcome to planDisney! The
Disability Access Service (DAS) is such a great program. Some members of my family have been able to utilize it, and it has made their trips to the Disneyland Resort so much more comfortable.
It looks like your trip is in two days from when I'm answering your question. If you have time today, then you can actually still preregister with
DAS Advance - it needs to be done no less than 2 days before your arrival. With this method, you'll talk to a Cast Member via live video chat to get registered.
If that is not an option - no worries! You can still
register for DAS once you arrive at the Disneyland Resort either at
City Hall at Disneyland Park, the Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park, or a Guest Information location around the resort to discuss your needs.
I also wanted to note that the Disneyland Resort also offers
manual wheelchairs and ECV rentals as well, if that would be helpful for you!
Thank you again for your question, Jackie. I hope you have an amazing trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! Please feel free to come back and see us here at planDisney, but if you need immediate help (since your trip is coming up in a couple of days), you can also
call the Guest Information line to speak to a Cast Member.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
