    Never done a run disney event and we want to do the 5k on Oct 5 and are wondering how to get to the Wide world of sports from BLT for the race? Also is there a place to store our things while we run? We will have no car on property. Thanks so much!

    Hi Melissa!

    I think you are going to love the 5K that weekend!  It's a really fun course and race.

    There are buses that run to and from host resorts, but Bay Lake Tower (or Contemporary) are not host resorts for that race weekend.  Your best bet is to arrange to have a taxi take you to the race events.  You will need to go to the Wide World of Sports for packet pick-up the day before the 5K, and then you will need one again to take you to and from the race.

    You can go to your front desk to ask for recommendations of cabs. 

    And, yes, there are bag checks at the runDisney races.  They are very easy to use.  You will find instructions in a booklet you receive at packet pick-up.
