Hi there, Suzanne!
I'm delighted you're considering another Disney Cruise Line vacation. Sailing with your grandchildren is sure to be extra special.
As you may have heard, there were some recent updates to the
Castaway Club eligibility requirements. To maintain membership, members need to book or sail on at least one eligible cruise within five years of their last Disney voyage. If you sailed within the last five years, your Castaway Club membership is still active.
I recommend you log in to the
Castaway Club area on the Disney Cruise Line website to learn more about the at-home and onboard benefits and to check your status. The dashboard provides information on your previous and upcoming sailings. Members enjoy exclusive benefits, such as early access to book the newest itineraries and onboard activities. Additionally, all members receive a welcome back aboard gift.
My son absolutely loves it when his grandparents join us on our cruises. One evening, their stateroom host pulled out the extra bed for a sleepover. They stayed up late, enjoyed movies, and indulged in Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars and cookies from
room service for a delightful bedtime treat. The memories of that night still bring a smile to his face. I can't wait for you to create your own priceless memories during your magical nights at sea.
Please stop by planDisney if you have any more questions. We love chatting about Disney Cruise Line and helping Guests plan magical vacations.
SEAS the adventure!
