Doing the WS: DestiNations Discovered tour, need to check in before park opens, could we take the MV Service right to the front of E from POR? Can we set up the service the night before? What is the best info you could give me and where to find it?

Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Judy! I had to arrive before the park opened to Epcot last week, and I agree that Minnie Vans are the way to go!

Minnie Vans are indeed servicing the Port Orleans Resorts. You’ll need to visit the concierge desk the night before your tour to have the Minnie Van option activated within your LYFT app on your mobile device. When you’d like to depart the Resort, pull up the app and request a ride with a Minnie Van. I’ve never waited more than 2 minutes to hook a ride, nor more than 9 minutes for it to arrive, but you’ll want to check the app early just in case it takes you longer for a Van to get to you. The Vans will indeed take you as close as the bus drop off to the Park, where you can pass through security and touchpoints. If there are crowds arriving for park opening, you’ll want to cross to the right side of the crowd to the wall and visit a Cast Member to pass through.

I hope you have a wonderful time using the Minnie Vans and an even better time on your DestiNations Discovered Tour. Walking the World Showcase early in the morning with the water slushing and the birds chirping is really a beautiful thing. If I can help you add more magic to your trip, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
