We might be doing a water park one day, but that is dependent on the weather. So, I don't know if I need a 7 day park pass or an 8 day. Can I wait until we get there and add the extra day if we need it?

    Hi Sandi,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We want to help you make the most of your Walt Disney World vacation.

You have a few options when it comes to purchasing your Theme Park Tickets. First of all, water parks are not included in the base ticket price. So when you talk about adding a day to your tickets, it's not exactly that simple.

To add water park admission, you would either need to purchase a ticket for the water parks or add the Water Parks Fun & More Option to your base tickets.

If you think you will only visit one water park on one day, you may want to simply buy a Water Park Ticket for the day you choose to go. However, for just a few dollars more, you could add the Water Parks Fun & More Option to your 7-day park tickets and enjoy an additional 7 visits to select Walt Disney World destinations, including both water parks.

Check out option 3 on the Theme Park Tickets page and click the link that says "learn more" for a list of these additional destinations. This is a great way to extend your vacation options!

Finally, if you don't want to decide just yet, you may be able to upgrade your Magic Your Way tickets during your vacation. As long as you are within 14-days of the first use of your tickets and you still have unused days, you should be good to go! Read about where and how to upgrade your tickets here.

I hope this information helps you with your vacation planning, Sandi! Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Have a Disney day!
