We are doing the Tower of terror and Wine and dine again this year. We are looking at the WDW Marathon weekend to run our first Full 26.2. The question is are there specific resort hotels for that weekend or is every hotel a race hotel? We are DVC members.

    Hi William!

This is a perfect plan!  You will build from the 10-Miler to a half, and then keep training for the 26.2 in January.   It's what I did this past year for my first full marathon, and it was an amazing experience!

For Walt Disney World Marathon weekend, ALL of the Disney Resorts will be host resorts.  This means they will all have bus transportation to all race weekend events, so you can choose your favorite resort and whichever one works best for your DVC points.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!  Good luck with your training and see you at the races!
